Become a Mentor 

The AAF Tech Fellows Mentorship Program has been designed to connect undergraduate African students pursuing tech-related degrees with experienced professionals in the global tech ecosystem.


The program aims to nurture the next generation of African technology leaders by complimenting academic training with career development support, and exposure to industry networks.

Program Objectives

Provide personalized, sustained mentorship to undergraduate students to support academic, career, and personal development.
Strengthen mentees' technical, soft, and leadership skills through targeted workshops and resources.
Introduce mentees to real-world tech experiences and global best practices.
Promote inclusion by supporting underrepresented students in tech and increasing gender equity.
Cultivate a pipeline of ethical, visionary African tech leaders for future innovation and development.
